Day # 17: technology

I am terrible.... I dont have a pic because I dont have my Nook with me here at work.... It was a toss up between my Nook and my Iphone for this one;) I love all advances in technology and I try to stay right on top of em! I debate and talke shit per se about my the ereaders when they first came out, " I want to feel real pages and open a real book..." and so on but I received my Nook last August for my bday and I love the damn thing!;) I even have the app on my iphone so I dont have to tote it around and can read where ever I am;)

Day #14: Eyes

Ok I know I miss day #13:( But as shitty as a day that was.....Im NOT turning back! lol I wanted to find the pic that I took of my horses eye up close but I cant find it so this is as close to eyes as you get!

Day # 11: Something blue

Hmmmm what better than the gorgeous January sky??? Yep! This is a picture from my iphone during my 3.5 mile walk through Concord on this 50 degree day! I dont care if I never see another flake of snow!;) The winter weather advisory begins tomorrow at this time! Lol ONLYin Michigan:)

Day #10: Childhood memory

This is all about choildhood memories......This one is kinda stupid but when I think of childhood memories, I think about the christmas of 1987 when my brother and I got TVs much like the one pictured for Christmas, I remember how excited I was and I also remember having this damn thing stored in a closet upstairs up until last year! LOL It was a 13 inch black and white TV with turn dial channel knobs with only 13 channels available.....When I think of this I feel VERY old! lol

Day # 8: a bad habit

It was hard for me to think of a bad habit! Not cause Im perfect but how does one take a picture of shopping or spending money and such?! Lol So with Cadbury egg season jus kicking off I KNOW this a potential disaster and I went with my delicious habit of creme eggs! Lol ( I am stocked 12 deep as of current!)

Day # 2: What I wore today!:)

Well you guys got lucky today! I took a vacation day from work and you got to see a pic of me in something BESIDES my normal everyday scrubs! lol Side note: I am back on the diet 100% today! I know you all have heard it a million times before within the past month but the holidays are OVER and here I come! I am even going to attend the WW meeting tonight at Western at 530 and then this ass is walkin the hallways for an hour or so!:)

As 2012 approaches:)

I am staying positive that it has to be a better year than 2011......This past year was a terrible one for many people, I dont think that I have met a person yet that has stated, "2011 was the best year ever! I hate to see it go!" lol

As for resolutions sake.....I always make one and I usually meet the goal that I make, not because I constantly think about that new years resolution all year long but that when I make that goal I have thought it over so long that I MUST proceed! 2011 goal was to lose weight and to get to my lifetime weight with WW.....2012 goal is to continue with weight loss for about 5-10 more pounds that are hanging on AND ride more! I was so busy focusing on losing weight walking every spare moment that I had, I only rode my horse maybe a handful of times this past year, 2012? I WILL ride even if I have to do it alone!:)

Winter blah!:(

I know I know! Today is the exact first day of winter and I feel like my SAD is already in full effect! I am gonna try to nip it in the butt and compensate with the tanner but its gonna be a difficult task to feat..... I hate this time of the year for many reasons but the lack of sunshine takes a seat at the very top of my list! Grrrrr Heres to hopin the sun pokes thru!

I live for...

Weekends like this past one! Productive and fun;) Chad and I went shopping both friday night after work in Kalamazoo and saturday all day at bronners and birch run;) We got an Xbox 360 with Kinect for Christmas from Chads parents! I got the just dance game and whew! What a workout! Here it is monday morning and back to work for me on this long holiday work week and weekend....
