Better late......

Than never! hahah I weighed in at 181.6 today.....Thats a 4 pound loss from the last weigh in....I am gonna try to be on time this week and weigh in on sunday morning....But we shall see:) This result is a great keeper mover oner! hahah

I forgot:(

I forgot to weigh in again! hahaha How do I do such a thing?! I will do it for sure tomorrow....I have the next couple days off so I will be able yto do so....

I bought me a pair of rollerblades tonight and tried them out for 20 minutes before my legs felt like rubber! Great workout but is gonna take lotsa breaking in time!:)

Just a quick Update....

All has been good in the exercise and diet world........ I snuck a weigh in today and it was 2 pounds down from last week but I expected more as much as I have been doing........Ugh I forgot how disappointing and slow this diet shit is!! I am going away for an ARCA race in Toledo Ohio this weekend so the best of foods, and exercise will not behappeneing for 2 days I assume..........and maybe a little drinking so I guess mondays weigh in will NOT be a sucess!

I weighed in at 185.6!!!! Things like this make me wanna give up! I am UP 2 pounds! I have been strict and WALKED every damn day...........I know just as well as anyone else though that its probably just gaining muscle mass..........But Still:( Ok onto next weeks victory.....

Oops! Double Oops:(

Ok So I have done GREAT all week long and then when sunday comes along and its time to weigh in.........I FRICKIN FORGET! HAHAH Soooooooo I will be weighing in tomorrow morning for the week.........All I hope for is a pound lost as last night I had a reeses flurry:( I still have walked EVERY day but one and I have drank at least 64 ounces of water each day:) So official results coming up tomorrow!

Next up in the news:)

My zune, my dogs and I all went for another 3.5 mile walk around concord today......I timed it today also, its exactly an hour trek:) I feel like I am finally getting into the habit again.....we will see what the results hold on sunday when I weigh in......The true losses will show their pretty little face the folowing sunday, post period:) Ok off to look at mowers, Chads parents may be buying us one:):)

To a great start:) I have walked everyday since sunday and I have ate right.........I feel like I may be on the right track again finally:) I did happen to measure the Concord walk from the trail head around the town and its actually 3.5 miles! More than the 3 miles that I thought that it was:) I hope everyone is following along.............Keep up the good work:)

Day one........

Well day #1 went well..........I managed to get the gallon of water consumed and Managed to take two 15-20 minutes walks in between work and home...I went and bought some new scrub in celebration to my completion of my associates degree in nursing and realised that I need to work hard as hell to get comfortably back into size medium pants where their not ripping at the seams........Onward! I am hoping to get in a bike ride before dark tonight and I am making Tilapia fish on the grill tonight with corn on the cob and potatoes.......Wish me luck!

How did I forget to add????!!!!

I am sadly weighing in at 183.6 pounds this beginning of the diet day.........Mind you its about 4-5 days pre period so I am hoping for a huge loss next sunday....I am SO ashamed to say that I have gained 26.6 pounds back from last August:( So I am setting my goal for 165 pounds, but I would eventually like to see 160 again:)

I am back for sure! Post Nursing school fluff BE GONE!

Ok guys.........Enough is enough! I am back for good and like Manda I am gonna attempt the "jogging" bit.......Its gonna be a tough task but I am sick and damn tired of all my scrubs damn near ripping off my poor stressed overly indulgent nursing school body:( I am gonna hold myself accountable for walking, jogging, or nike riding as a daily ritual as I am on first shift again after 3 years being miserable on 2nd shift........If I have to walk alone I shall........I do have to buy a new pair of running shoes as my Reebok easy tones are solely for nothing besides walking:) They do have some running easytones now........I am here and I am ready! Whose with me?!
