SHIPSHEWANA!

Yes.....call me an addict, or call me anything you wanna call me!:) Sarah and I are headed to Shipsey to do some more produce shopping and shopping around in the area trinket shops, and of course stopping off at the flea market!:) This is an annual event for us:)
I weighed in yesterday....still maintaining 163#.....Which means I wont be meeting my July 4th goal of 160# and that I have been maintaining for 4 weeks!:) That means 2 more weeks and I am free from the $$$$$$ of WW!:) And the funny thing is that the date that I will get lifetime is the exact date Sarah and I to the year that we signed up for WW this time around!:) EEK! Thats $480 I have spent on WW over the past year! It has been SOOO worth it to become healthy and SKINNY again! The price of skinny holds NO boundaries!:)Off to eat lotsa amish food!

Ima walkin fool!:)

Just a little update: I set a goal for myself on June 1st to walk 110 miles for the month.....As of last night, the 27th I hit my 100 mile mark! 3 more days to get 10 miles in....HmmmmmI have it strategically planned......3 miles at work today and 3.5 walk around Concord with Sarah pre WW weighin.....That equals 3.5 left for 2 days........Sarah and I are going to Shipshewana for some day off shopping and I am not going to count all that walk because its not true exercise to me.....Then back to work thursday for 3 miles on breaks and hopefully 3.5 miles when I get home for the evening.......I can do this!:) What goal will I set for July??????:)

I love my babies:)

I FINALLY had time to ride my Jette boy yesterday:) It was SOOOO beautiful outside! On the diet front: All is well, I am maintaining.....Which is good even though I wanna lose 5 or so more pounds.....Summer is in full swing and I LOVE IT:) Later on friends!

What I have I been up to????

This weight watcher girl has been HORRIBLE over the past weekend that I spent COMPLETELY at MIS watching the ARCA race friday night, The Nationwide Race Saturday, and the CUp race on Sunday! All compliments of Rain Eaters ( The official eSponsers of the race!) It PAYS to know people who know people! LOL But now I think that I have enough live racing Asphault racing action until the August race rolls around and we do it ALL OVER AGAIN! Whew! IN the meantime I was very very very bad on my diet:( I was up 5 pounds on the scale as of yesterday morning:( Hence the reason I am NOT weighing in tomorrow....Another skipped week......Another week longer to go before I meet official lifetime and dont have to pay anymore:( Oh well........It was fun while it lasted! LOL I walked 3.5 miles today AND went for a 6.25 mile bike ride.....I feel so sluggish but I am BACK IN ACTION! NOTHING is gonna stop me for next weeks weigh in!:)

I have shrunk! Thats right! I am 26 pounds lighter now that exactly this date last year:) Oh and my stress level is less due to lack of school AND I am enjoying myself more:)

Nope....I had a mole removed once that was tagged "outpatient" But I dont count that!





{four} why did you start your blog?

Initially I started this blog with a couple friends to blog about our weight loss journey and use it to motivate us along........Its still kinda that but I just blog about my diet success so I can look back on it later and use it to update life:)




{five} what are you looking forward to this summer?

Nope.......In the medical field like my family is in.....we work! And get paid the big$$$$$$:)

Hmmmmmm I got a tattoo on the top of my foot that I have been nervous about getting for years but have always wanted.....

The perfect A/C temp is NO A/C at all! Let the windows be open and the fresh breeze in!:)

For SOME species! lol Jette is such a weird horse......He can be found laying down most days for extended periods of time and multiple times a day:)
I in the meantime.....with rest and relax when I am dead! Why do I harbor such a GO! GO! GO! nature???? I often wonder this.....Its that inner voice that tells me that I am wasting time that I will never get back and that I am being lazy......Today was my day off, I woke up and headed out for a 6 mile walk in hopes that I would beat the rain that the weather channel has been threatening all day......I made it! In an hour and a half....Burning 500 calories! WOOP WOOP! So I weighed in at WW yesterday....I am stuck at 163#......On a good note I have maintained BELOW my WW lifetime goal weight for 3 solid weeks now:) This means 3 more and my checkbook is free from the burden of having to pay that $40 monthly WW fee:) July 11th is my year mark for restarting WW this time and my goal was to be lifetime by then.....I am going to be a week shy but I busted my ass to get here:) My 4th of July goal is to be 160# by then.........3 pounds.....set up camp somewhere else already! LOL
The area county fairs are going to be in full swing soon and I am ready to eat some corn dogs and french fries so I have to have that 5#'s to play with:) tootles!:)

BOREDOM!

I am SUPER DUPER bored with the activity tracking on this blog.....probably due to the fact that I am tracking it in 7 other places as well!:) So I am done with the day by day tracking....PLus all I do is walk with the occasional bike ride so that also gets boring...

Onward! So I have sucessfully made it through 2 whole weeks maintaining below my goal weight!:) I have set a personal goal for myself to reach 160# by the 4th of July...this is 4 whole pounds so it made be kinda outta my reach, especially if the next weeks go like the past 3 have! Ugh! I am finding it very hard to track and stay on plan.....Hmmmmm I swear I am starting over with a clean slate today! But I miss walking the past couple days due to parties and WAYYYY too many alcoholic beverages:) So back to work and back to walking like its my job! TA TA for now!

Days 34-36

BUSY BUSY week!:) Tuesday Sarah and I walked in the extreme heat! It was 88 degrees by 1030 am when we walked....It was killer and I sweat out a damn pound during the process! lol It was weigh in day and I gained 6/10ths of a pound....This is week #2 of maintaining at WW.......4 more to go and A personal goal of reaching 160# by the 4th of july.....Thats only 3 pounds and it doesnt sound like much but its hard as nails! Wednesday Chad, his parents, and I went to Shipshewana and did TONS of walking around the flea market....I counted this day as my "cheat day" per se.....I was NOT good with anything I ate so I didnt track and just ate! LOL.....Today I have been VERY goo so far.....just made supper and a walk after supper for a hour is in store!:)

Day tres tres:)

Whew! Summer is in FULL swing! Chad and I went on an early morning walk and got 3.6 miles in, then I washed and waxed my truck, That exercise in its self!:) And then Chad and I walked for an hour around cascades:) I could totally get used to this vacation stuff! LOL

Day #32........Whew! Sweet Sweet Summertime:)




THIS is how I spent my 32nd day! LOL I rode the Jimmies Towing float in the long hot Rose Parade then headed to beach myself poolside to work on the tan:) I managed to sneak a late night dusk Concord walk of 3.6 miles in though! I have been SOOOO bad not tracking my food and I feel like I havent been getting much exercise in either! Grrrrrr I hope The scale stays the same at WW this tuesday!

Day 31

I cleaned the whole entire house....up and down the stairs taking care of winter clothes and getting out the summer ones!;) Which brings me to the idea....I need new clothes! I am thinking a trip to the parlour for some ice cream may be in store;) Then butler for some racing action! Tootles!;) Im soaking up sunshine poolside!

30th day! 1 WHOLE month!

30 WHOLE days! Wow! And only one day that I can recall that I did not do anything "physical".....I walked at work today twice.....25 minutes each......burnt roughly 300 calories overall.....not too shabby I say....I was gonna walk once I got home but I got lazy and took a nap in the sun on my deck.....I have been feeling a slump lately, I think it becasue I am a way outta my schedule....Sarah hasnt been able to walk for a week and a half about and I have been waiting for Chad to get home and by 6pm I have merely LOST motivation! Ugh! But I have managed to do it anyways with Chad but its not quite as enjoyable:( I have the next 9 days off so hopefully I can get early morning walks in!:)

Day 28.....Hola June!:)

GORGEOUS day!:) Today was my day off and I actually got ALOT accomplished......I mowed the entire lawn, and soaked up some MUCH needed sunshine might I add:) I ran into town and got some acetone nail polish remover and I am now free of shellac for a while so I can do some cute colors on the nails for the summer, AND went for an hour walk around the country block! This super hot humid weather has been making me feel extra bloated and fat....I hate it! Anyone else have this issue????
I made Cream of Asparagus on toast for supper, the asparagus compliments of my neighbor John whom grows bunches and bunches of it.....I have heard about it and I have always wanted to try it....Its amazing BTW:) And VERY calorie and points friendly! Until next time!
