Diet Updates:)

Weekly weigh in was as expected....I am STILL 163:) Yay me for the maintaining:) I have been super bad about tracking for about 3 weeks now and I have one more week to get through to OFFICIALLY become a lifetime member:) Personal goal: 160 but its still nice to know that I can eat crappy and maintain with my exercising:)
