I love this part about the summer! Dressing up the deck this year.....last years mission was to complete and pay for the deck.....This year? To spruce it up some:)We have made a couple trips to Sandys Landscape supply to get some river rocks....I am SOOOOO done with Mulch.......Free range chickens and mulch do NOT go good together:(
I vote rocks also, I prefer them plus they can't fade, but we finally decided to go with mulch this year at our house cause of the sheer volume of stones we'd need was out of control. Looking nice!
ReplyDeleteI always thought that also but you can get a whole bucket scoop at Sandy Landscape for $18.....WAY more than 4 bags of mulch that would run ya about $20 can get you AND you dont have to replace them next year! LOL The chickens think the mulch is a breeding ground for their pecking and scratching for grubs!
